Exchange Policy
We offer exchange within 2-3 days of receiving your order.
If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at assistance@joeyandpooh.com, joeyandpooh@gmail.com within 2-3 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and the new product you’d like to exchange it for.

The courier cost for both sides of the exchange must be borne by the customer.

Once the returned item is received and verified to be in its original, unused condition, your exchange will be processed.
