Shipping, Payments & Delivery

All orders are shipped from Joey & Pooh – India.

Shipping rates vary depending on the product’s weight, volume, and destination.

All products are made to order and take about 15 working days to craft.

Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are dispatched within 2–4 business days and delivered within 4–5 working days after dispatch.

We’ve partnered with trusted logistics providers like DHL, Aramex, FedEx, and others to ensure reliable worldwide delivery.


Delays & Refunds

In case of unforeseen delays (natural causes, pandemic, courier or technical reasons) extending up to 30–45 business days, a 10% deduction (bank/card processing charges) will apply, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

Refunds may take 15–30 days to process.

If international shipping charges are not applied at checkout due to a technical error, our team will contact you to complete the payment. Failure to pay will result in a 10% deduction (bank/card charges) and a refund within 15–30 days.

Please note: Customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility as per the destination country’s regulations.

We offer secure payment options via Stripe — supporting Apple Pay, Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Credit & Debit Cards.

For orders placed via WhatsApp, we also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Payment Links, and Internet Banking.


Order Confirmation

You’ll receive a confirmation on Email or WhatsApp once your order is placed and again when it’s shipped.

We’ll also share tracking updates through your registered contact details.

For post-order assistance, our team is always available to help.


Delivery Timelines

  • Ready-to-Ship Products: Delivered within 5–10 business days.

  • Made-to-Order Products: Delivered within 15 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and courier operations.

While we strive for timely delivery, Joey & Pooh is not liable for courier or postal delays, though we’ll help track your order.
